Shobha Masi Ka Gajar Ka Halwa
1.5 lt milk
200 gm sugar
Pour milk into a large heavy bottomed pan, non stick for further ease. Bring the milk to a boil and let it simmer and rise to a roiling boil 5-6 times. Add grated carrot to the milk, stir and cook on a medium heat. When the volume of the milk and carrots reduces to half, add sugar. Stir and cook further. When volume reduces to quarter of the original volume, add 4 tsp ghee.Cook on low flame till the halwa starts to leave the sides of the pan. Your halwa is ready.Decorate as desired and serve
