Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to all Metros and Non-Metros dependent on Logistic Partner for perishable goods. Our Partner will pick up your order from us and hand deliver it to you.

We try to ensure on time delivery however this can be affected by many outside factors that may cause delays.
In case of delays send us an email on contact@eatelish.com and we will follow up for you to get you the best estimated time and reason for delay.

In case of non-delivery of product, refund may be applied for or replacement will be sent out dependent on your choice.

We will provide tracking number provided from our logistical partner for tracking purposes of your order. Check on the logistical partners website for more details on time and day of delivery.

We ship on all days except Sundays and Public Holidays
