Kondattam Molagu: AKA Sun Dried Curd Chilis. Chilis soaked in a spiced yogurt mix and dried in the hot Kerala sun. These spicy, crunchy, tangy chilis are fantastic blistered in hot ghee or oil and served as a side dish with rice, idly, dosa or any of your favorite meals.
Poondu Chutney: AKA Garlic Chutney is a spicy chutney from Tamil Nadu. Spice up a curry or have it with idli dosa or spread it on hot parathas or toast 100g of each.
