Eatelish Boxes: Southern Heat


A collection of 3 condiments from the south of India. A delicious chutney powder from Kerala, Tangy dried yogurt chilis from Kerala and a Garlic chutney from Tamil Nadu. Spicy, Tangy, Delicious.

Chammanthi Podi: An amazing dry chutney powder made of coconut, gram flour and spices, this rust colored dust is glorious. Pour some ghee  or coconut oil over a spoonful or simply sprinkle on to your plate as a condiment for idly, dosa or ghee rice.

Kondattam Molagu: AKA Sun Dried Curd Chilis. Chilis soaked in a spiced yogurt mix and dried in the hot Kerala sun. These spicy, crunchy, tangy chilis are fantastic blistered in hot ghee or oil and served as a side dish with rice, idly, dosa or any of your favorite meals.

Poondu Chutney: AKA Garlic Chutney is a spicy chutney from Tamil Nadu. Spice up a curry or have it with idli dosa or spread it on hot parathas or toast 100g of each.
